As an active member of the Google Local Guides team, we meet locally within the city to share our inspiring stories, explore our neighborhood and exchange helpful tips.
What to Expect During our Local Guides Meet-up's
OUR AGENDER
During our Local Guide meet-ups and depending on the season of the year, we participate in one or two of the following:
Food Crawl Meetings:
As part of the mapping norm, we have a neighborhood's cuisine tour, by going from stores to stores in that meet-up locality, try their products with the group, write your reviews and repeat.
Photo Walk Meetings:
If taking photos and posting them on Google Maps is your passion, then don't forget to park your camera when attending photo walk meeting.
During the photo walk meet-ups, we have a photo walk by planning a route where you could be able to take all interesting sights, take photos of foods and snap photos of the city's wonders as we go.
Geo Walk Meetings:
During our Geo walk meetings, we explore new or lesser-known places so you can be the first to add such new places, upload photos, and be the first to share it with the world.
Map Editing Meet-ups:
Map editing meet-up are specifically organized to help improve Google Maps within a neighborhood where we sit down as a group of mappers, and Fix all errors we may have encountered on the Google Map and solve it as a group, we also add a place or even Report a problem
Aside the above agenda, there are also lots of fun activities that happened during our Local Guides Meet-ups such as Socializing, Sharing business ideas, Refreshment and lots more.
